X Factor winner Louisa Johnson to support Olly Murs at Kings Park concert

Louisa Johnson, the youngest ever winner of the X Factor, has been named as special guest at pop superstar Olly Murs’ outdoor concert in Kings Park, Bournemouth on Saturday, August 5.

The 19-year-old starlet won the 2015 series of the TV talent show at the age of 17 with Simon Cowell calling her ‘the best singer he had ever seen on the show’.

She has since had hits with the songs Forever Young and So Good and featured on the Clean Bandit top five single Tears.

R’n’B and pop star Louisa performed last year to 80,000 fans at Wembley Stadium with the likes of Ariana Grande and Little Mix. Her debut album is due out this year.

Up to 10,000 fans are expected to descend on Kings Park for the concert with Olly. Tickets are on sale now.

Louisa said: “I’m delighted to be appearing with Olly in Bournemouth. He has always been one of my heroes and to be sharing a stage with him will be a very special moment.”

Tickets for pop idol Olly Murs’ big outdoor concert in Kings Park, Bournemouth, on Saturday, August 5 are selling rapidly, but are still available.

Up to 10,000 fans are likely to see Olly, whose latest album 24 Hrs was his fourth consecutive number one hit.

The popular singer-songwriter is one of British music’s biggest stars with record sales exceeding 10 million and demand for Kings Park tickets has been high.

Promoter Stephen McManus said: “Olly has really been in the public eye recently with lots of TV appearances on the likes of Graham Norton, Strictly Come Dancing and The National Lottery Show.

Olly Murs Kings Park Announcement

Pop idol Olly Murs has announced an outdoor concert in Kings Park, Bournemouth, on Saturday, August 5.

The popular singer-songwriter is one of British music’s biggest stars with record sales exceeding 10 million.

Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday, December 2.

Up to 10,000 fans are expected to descend on the park for the event.

Olly this month scored an amazing fourth consecutive number one album with his latest, most personal offering 24 Hrs. New single ‘Years and Years’ is the new album’s centrepiece; an expansive, explosive, spine-tingling belter and follows the radio favourites ‘You Don’t Know Love’ and ‘Grow Up’ which Olly recently performed on the X Factor.
